All the ten types of EMT-related motif are available in the download page. The activated EMT-related motifs in the mesenchymal ovarian cancer can be downloaded by controlling different statistical thresholds. The P values were calculated using T-test and corrected by Benjamini-Hochberg multiple tests.
Type 1: MicroRNA-mediated Loop in which a protein-coding gene is the target.
Type 2: TF-mediated Loop in which a protein-coding gene is the target.
Type 3: MicroRNA-mediated Loop in which a lncRNA is the target.
Type 4: TF-mediated Loop in which a lncRNA is the target.
Type 5: MicroRNA-mediated ceRNA in which a lncRNA is the competing endogenous RNAs for gene.
Type 6: TF-mediated Line in which a protein-coding gene is the target.
Type 7: TF-mediated Line in which a lncRNA is the target.
Type 8: MicroRNA-mediated Line in which a protein-coding gene is the target.
Type 9: MicroRNA-mediated Line in which a lncRNA is the target.
Type 10: TF-mediated Line in which a miRNA is the target.
